Why has it taken me so long to discover the joy of biscuit making? Sometime last year was the first time I made my own biscuits from scratch [insert shame and embarrassment]. Now I love it! They are so easy, inexpensive and quick - not to mention the boys love them, especially with HONEY. Today was a biscuit day. Yum!

I'll see if I can find it again. These were my first non-buttermilk biscuits and turned out pretty good.
